The Greater Severna Park Chamber of Commerce and the Severna Park Elks Lodge #2482 are holding “LIVING LONG-LIVING WELL”, a SENIOR SERVICES FAIR on Wednesday, Sept. 10, 2008 from 10: 00 to 2:00 p.m. at Severna Park Elk’s Lodge (160 Truck House Road). This event is for Chamber member businesses only, is free and open to the public, and will be widely publicized. We expect a strong turnout from the senior population. As an exhibitor, you:
Will receive an 8’ exhibit table (with floor-length skirt and covered top) and two chairs in your exhibit area. There is a limit of one table per exhibitor. Electricity will be available at a limited number of booths. There is an additional fee of $15.00 for booths with electricity.
Will be responsible for set up and take down of your exhibit area. Set up time will begin at 8:30 a.m. on Sept. 10th and the exhibit area must be cleared out by no later than 3:00 p.m. that day.
Will be responsible for staffing your exhibit area, and answering questions. Booths are for information and direct sales of merchandise.
In addition you agree that the Greater Severna Park Chamber of Commerce, and/or its volunteers, or the Severna Park Elks Lodge #2482 and its members, will not be held liable (for whatever reason) in the event of damage to or loss of your exhibits. Your are responsible for carrying insurance to cover any such loss.
Have included a payment of $125.00 as your exhibitor fee for the 2008, September 10th “Living Long- Living Well” Senior Services Fair. There is a limit of one table per exhibitor. The booths are available on a first-come first-served basis. The fee is non-refundable after September 1st. Two Chamber member businesses – the exact same business., i.e., Mary Kay Cosmetics, may share a table for $150.00.
